How booking works
- 1Fill in the short intake online, or call the office. It takes a few minutes, in English or Spanish.
- 2Your first visit is a virtual evaluation from home with a clinician on Dr. Chago's clinical team. You get the link by text or email.
- 3The team collects your records and imaging and prepares your case for review with Dr. Chago. An in-person visit follows when it is appropriate.
